DPO Bench is an experiment, and it needs organisations willing to put real problems in front of it. Qualifying organisations can join the research, shape what gets measured, and see the detailed findings first.

How it works
Write to us. Tell us who you are and the kind of cases you handle. We reply, confirm that you qualify, and agree the basics: how cases are anonymised, and what can and cannot be published.
Submit a case. A case is a realistic situation from your own work, with the names, the organisation and anything identifiable removed, written up in stages the way it unfolded. It goes on the bench with the others: same questions, same sealed answer sheet, same judge.
Sit in the advisory sessions. Research partners meet to look at the cases before they run, the marking as it evolves, and the findings before they are published.
